Sarn was contacted by Steve (name changed), who had just over $18,000 worth of ETH in his Ledger hardware wallet.

Steve had linked his Ledger to Metamask, using Metamask as the front-end user interface to manage his ETH stored on the Ledger. Almost two years had passed since Steve set this up, and when he plugged in his Ledger, he could see his ETH. However, when he attempted to send it out of the Ledger wallet, he received an error message indicating he had the wrong Ledger wallet, and therefore the wrong key to access the ETH.

Anxious and desperate to regain access to his funds, Steve used his seed phrase to factory-reset his Ledger and recover his wallet. Although the ETH reappeared in Metamask, he still couldn’t move it.

For over eight months, Steve tried various methods to access his ETH but had no success.

Eventually, Steve contacted us for assistance. Leveraging our extensive knowledge and expertise, we were able to recover access to his ETH, restoring his ability to manage his cryptocurrency securely. Unrecoverable

Amy (name changed) contacted us saying she was having issues withdrawing crypto that she had invested in an offshore trading company that initially contacted her over the phone.

After further investigation, we discovered that Amy had sent the crypto to the trading company via their website.
